Who we are
This website is operated by ThreadlineSoft (“we”, “us”). For any question about this notice or your personal data, contact us at hello@threadlinesoft.com.
What we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name and email address, so we can reply to you;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- the service you are interested in, your budget range if you provide one, and your project description.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We process it because you asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this notice first.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website and deliver your messages:
- Website hosting: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the website.
- Email delivery: contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider.
Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete inquiries that do not lead to further contact within 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@threadlinesoft.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and revise the date at the top.
